The company has no sense of ethics. On the property management side they fail to pay deposits to tenants in a timely manner, on the construction and development and design side they have outstanding bills that they refuse to pay, have required additional payments from customers due to their own frustration, and have had a high turnover rate in the past few months due to the poor and hostile management. Do not work for this company.

Management does not care about their employees. This company is not a company that you want to do business with. They don't pay their invoices on time. They only care about how much money that can be made and not if they can do a good job.
