The sales rep has to take care of every problem even if it is caused by a delivery driver or accounting issues. Doesn't typically have tools needed in order to install pos, I used my own personal tools. Lots of favoritism. Not many opportunities to advance with the comapny.

Base pay is low, sometimes sales targets are out of the question, if you don't land in an area that likes a lot if craft beer your chances of winning incentives are very low.
