      - Good culture - Company doing interesting work and work with lots of talented people

      Cons

      - Management went silent during crucial period of COVID, leaving employees wondering what is going to happen and fearing the worst - After rounds of layoffs, can no longer believe that the company has employee's best interests in mind. It's a place where senior leadership can keep getting promoted even while close to 50% of staff were asked to leave
