Pros
- Small team currently afford itself to meaningful autonomy. It's easy to see our work directly impacting the end product and people's live. - Feels great to be part of building a product that can be used by friends and family. - It's really exciting to create something that is generating real consumer and commercial traction and will be a household name. - Backing from well respected investors gives peace of mind that the company is well-capitalized to make long-term investments.
Cons
- As a small company, priorities have changed and can change on a short notice as we've adjusted to new market opportunities. - Being part of a lean team means that we all need to get our hands dirty and sometimes do something outside of our comfort zone. - With fast growth sometimes it can feel chaotic as we onboard new employees and bring on 10s of thousands of new subscribers.
