Pros

Small organization that is moving in the right direction. With all the recent layoffs in the tech world, RightBound is hiring and promoting growth. As a tenured BDR, I couldn't have asked for a better opportunity. So much potential to accelerate my career into management.

Cons

Realistically, everything from onboarding to this point has been amazing.
