Very poor pay, most of which went to the recruitment consultant presumably - not reflective of time worked, initial pay description etc. When concerns were raised, these issues were not dealt with at all. Complete lack of transparency regarding taking on additional roles - essentially I had to continue providing services free of charge with absolutely no leeway. There was no follow-up call/email/welfare check when the contract came to an end. Very little communication (I believe essentially none) between the agency & the school, which is naturally quite disconcerting. On a brighter note, this experience has ensured I will never work for an agency (middle-man) ever again. Any money rightfully earned should go entirely to that individual - I have no idea how much of a percentage of my pay was pocketed by that business.
