      Pros

      Company is their business and mission totally aligned. Really cares about getting families into homes for the first time. The team works hard and there is really strong outlook for the future.

      Cons

      Still lots to figure out in terms of process as it is a start up but you just have to grow and roll with it.

      Pros

      Just want to say all the pros shared here are TRUE - agree with all of them 100% As a product manager, Ribbon is the perfect place for growth with leadership you can genuinely respect and trust. On top of great compensation, great culture, great people, Ribbon takes its mission very seriously. There are a lot of jobs that pays well and have great people. It's rare to feel rewarded each and everyday for the time and effort you put into your work.

      Cons

      Not really a "con" but... will Ribbon be able to scale while maintaining everything that makes Ribbon such a great place to work?
