High turnover rate, overbearing management, expected to do more work than you get paid for.

Management and their favoritism, the moment you request off you loose that day until someone else takes it off, the mistreatment from the managment is crazt.

Upper management is out of touch with what really going on in the restaurant. They speak to the GM and that’s all they hear.
