Pros

It’s hard to express in words the growth you get to achieve here at Revolut. From working with the brightest minds in the market, to getting challenged to go above and beyond, this is the place for the best of the best. Strong performance is rewarded both financially and from a career growth perspective. You get full autonomy to own your work, problem solve and get things done. I recommend Revolut for people that strive for excellence and are not looking for a job to just tick a box every day.

Pros

Working for Revolut has its advantages, especially because it is a globally recognized and fast-growing company. Having such a strong brand on your CV can definitely be valuable, and the employee perks and benefits are also a positive aspect of the role. Overall, the company offers a dynamic environment and exposure to a large international organization.

Cons

One of the main downsides was the level of micromanagement and operational overload. A significant amount of time was spent in frequent meetings, reporting, QC sessions, and internal processes, which often reduced the actual time available to focus on sales and client-facing activities. The environment felt heavily compliance-driven rather than truly sales-oriented, with very high KPI expectations combined with constant monitoring and administrative pressure. In my experience, this created unnecessary complexity and slowed down productivity instead of supporting performance. There were also challenges related to organization and communication across teams. At times, management decisions and internal alignment created confusion around priorities and objectives, which contributed to a generally chaotic working environment. While the company has strong ambitions and talented people, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of structure, communication, and empowering employees to focus more on meaningful results rather than excessive internal processes. I do not recommend !!
