Pros

Product concepts are great, I got it., recruiter does a great job of selling the company, I bought into her first.

Cons

Owner all over the place no focus and has people training that while they try to help, you get the feeling they are just as green as you. There was a few people I met there that tried to help, but even they gave up and left. Speaks volumes. If you are looking for a place to get sales experience, find some place else, there is no future here.

We appreciate the time you spent with us, and the time you took to give us your feedback. By nature, bootstrapped startups require testing, developing new processes, iterating on ideas, winning, and failing. We're constantly looking for new opportunites to improve how we sell, who we hire, how we train, tools we use, etc. Aligned with this we also believe strongly in giving teammembers the opportunity to take on new roles as our team continues to grow, with emphasis on ambition, talent, success, and problem solving above experience. This company requires hustle, commitment, willingness to brave ambiguity, and ability to be part of the solution.

Pros

Promised a career with a growing company

Cons

1099 employee - misclassification, required to work 40 hours a week without pay! I worked 4 months and never received pay. Have spoke with an attorney to be compensated minimum wage that is required by law. The other sales reps who are working without pay, I encourage them to do the same.

Thank you for your feedback! Please reach out to our management team to discuss details of your concerns and ensure you’re reviewing the right company. We’ve checked our books and found no record of any contractors having not been paid in full for their work/deliverables, requirements for contractors to work set hours, nor anyone working for 4 months without pay. You may want to reach out to us in January 2018 when we will be hiring full-time, W-2 roles, and also offering some of our better performing contractors to join in the same capacity.

Pros

Great office culture, fun and encouraging work environment. The hours are great, 10am-6pm. Management does a great job of developing sales skills and cultivating an active learning environment.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that, as in any sales job, there are peaks and valleys. Management does a great job of coaching you through the ebbs and flows.
