      Not as cool as you might think

      Pros

      Co-workers are talented and friendly. Robots are cool.

      Cons

      If you are thinking that it would be really interesting to design robots, think again. Development work ceased years ago. No new products, just sustaining engineering. Management only cares about increasing sales on existing products so that they can position the company to be acquired. Physical work environment is horrible with people crammed in like salary men on a Tokyo subway.

      Pros

      Cool product, at some point lots of funding, nice and smart people in general.

      Cons

      Cannot say more from other reviews. Most of the smart people that worked there already left and since management doesn't seem to have a clue, I'm afraid that the remaining will follow.

      - Great engineering talent - Great place to learn about robotics and solve real problems - Awesome robots

      Cons

      - Lack of communication between some teams - Schedules for releases are not well estimated by clueless management - Lack of documentation and requirements to build solutions. Engineers sometimes build solutions without having design finish first. - Technology implementation decisions to not include all teams that will be involved
