      Dont find any good in here. Bos mind set to old

      Cons

      No proper documentation, saying that main market are export but system too old, order coming from whatsapp and no official PO. No boss and team mate to guide because they dont know what jobs your doing. Favourtism is no.1 and boss only listen to them. Need to sign agreement if dont reply whatsapp will face disciplinary action from HR

      Friendly colleagues and a clean environment.

      Cons

      There’s not a single decent person in the management. Be cautious of certain senior staff, if you get stabbed in the back, there’s a 90% chance it’s them.

      met some good colleagues there. 1 year later, I'm surrounded with entirely different people (high turnover).

      Cons

      Appear like a big sdn bhd. but actually it is a china company with 1 man saying and all the minions follow. It is an echo chamber where managers only talk.
