Pros

Meeting nice coworkers? Looks good on a resume? If you're willing to stick it out that long.

Cons

If i could rate this zero stars, I would. I formerly worked for LSI Consulting, before the owner decided to rebrand to Resilience Inc, however the owner and basis of the company is the same. This company is great for the first two hours of the day, you wear business professional attire, listen to inspirational speeches, and generally have a good time. However, afterwards you must change out of your attire into polos and khakis and proceed to do door to door sales (this means HOURS outside, no matter how cold or hot out it is). I will not mention the name of the company that they sell for, as that is a breach of confidentiality. However I will say that pay is 100% commission, plus there are bonuses included if you reach certain tiers. However, in order to "build your team", you must train your own hires and those from other teams. These trainees will get anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 of your commission if they say part of the script, even if they speak for 10 minutes and you speak for 2 hours to "save the sale". Most establishments pay extra for training, not cut pay drastically. After I left, the boss of this establishment proceeded to send out W2s late (after texting him, he told me he mailed them Feb 13th, even though they were due on the 1st. When i FINALLY received my W2, it was postmarked for Feb 23rd!!!). I have not spoken to a single former employee who does not have a sour taste in their mouth after leaving that establishment, and the turnover is one of the highest I've ever seen. Not to mention being forced to go door to door in a very sketchy neighborhood for 2 weeks. Being a female, it was scary being forced to walk alone, and even after one of my team members had a gun waved in front of him during a sale, my boss proceeded not to tell me and let me walk around oblivious. I am thankful I am no longer part of this company, and that I (FINALLY) have my last W2 so I may never speak to the boss of this company again.

Reviewer, We're sorry to see this feedback, as it is never our hope that a team member parts ways with us with unresolved concerns or sentiments. Seeing as how we are familiar with the writer of this review, we are unsure why these troubles were not addressed with our management team. Our W2s were routed to our old office location and sent to you the day we received them. This was all communicated to you promptly. There is no benefit to us to withhold your W2. We understand that there might be some unresolved feelings about your termination and welcome you to speak with our management team in person about your troubles. Sincerely, Resilience Inc Management Team

Pros

Work Environment is fun in the morning, your going through team meetings, discussions, further job progression opportunities

Cons

Where do I begin? First thing first this is door to door sales gig and they will not tell you that during the interviews. Imagine if they did tell you, how many employees do you thin would stick around.... Exactly. The amount of people that quit this job is ridiculously I remember a losing an employee or two every week I was there. This Job is scheme at its Best. The owners make a percentage of your sales in the end. I remember one owner talking about how this organization isn't a pyramid scheme but a spider web instead. I couldn't help but hold back a laugh. Also they want you to work on Saturdays as well.... you will have no freedom

Pros

Good earning potential Management training High energy team

Cons

This position hinges on doing door-to-door sales with leads from AT&T Recruiter will directly lie to you about what the job entails. If you directly ask them if you will be doing door-to-door sales for AT&T, they will beat around the bush about working with 41 major companies and doing marketing and sales for them. Hours at 11 am - 8 pm M-F and 9 am - 3 pm on Saturday "Work hard, Play hard" culture can be taken different ways

Reviewer, Although we are sad that we only earned a one-star rating from you, we do appreciate your sharing this constructive feedback. We see that you did enjoy our company culture, training, and earning potential. From what we can see, your only con about working with us is that during the interview process and training, there were miscommunications regarding our client. We do have the ability to work with 41 major companies; however, at this time, we are focusing on just one of those. Understandably, our business was not a good fit for you. Hopefully, during your time with us, you were able to pick up a few transferrable skills to help in all of your future endeavors. Best of luck! Sincerely, Resilience Inc Management Team
