The higher ups will not listen to any suggestions given to them. You will be traveling to different states a majority of the week with little to no sleep because the office over schedules you and does not care. If you travel out of state and get back to Kansas at 3am you are expected to still be at work at 6 to work the entire over scheduled day once again. If they ask you to drive oocytes or embryos they will not specify to where and you will end up driving to another state to which they will not want to pay for a hotel and they will make you drive however many hours it to get back to headquarters even if it’s the middle of the night. Pay does not fluctuate based on where you live. Someone living in New York working for Reprologix would make the same amount of money as someone with the same position as Reprologix in Kansas therefore, you cannot live off of the salary you are paid if you are in a state with a higher cost of living than Kansas. You can ask management and HR for help but you will ultimately be ignored. The company is poorly run and highly lacks communication
