We like the fact that you think that our company offers good work-life balance and good opportunities for candidates to learn. These are definitely the aspects of the company that we take pride in and make sure that this continues to be very core to our culture. During the pandemic months, we did see a slowdown in the projects and slowed our hiring as well. However, I would like to add that this story is steadily changing for us as we have bagged a few new projects and many more are in the pipeline. Hirings have also picked up and in the coming months, we look forward to a very positive scenario.       None even the pay is bad.

      Bad pay, work 7 days a week, work over 11+ hours, expectations are unrealistic, HR and Manager are condescending.

      There is no pros only good food in canteen

      Cons

      Horrible management They dont know how to Care their employees. They treat like machine Very stressful work environment Salary payment delayed increment is not given Everything that management say is Right no employee feedback and review Work timing is strict for some others group take so much breaks, no issues . All politics Not professional
