Very little to say. Founder is a good man
Cons
Extremely toxic environment full of micromanaging. Very little career growth in the field. Health insurance policy is appalling for the field agents who are exposed to hospital environments on a day to day basis. Employee turnover over rate is high. Doesn’t accept any feedback apart from the words they (the management ) need to hear. Salary never fits the workload.
