      Pros

      Reliance Power provides good living accommodation, best working place(not in documents but in real), employee focused company, well sustainable environment, average work load but compared to it's competitor work load is like nothing. Salary on time and the part is very rich in cultural activities, From top management to most junior staffs are equally treated here, Eat together, Join fest and Sport together. You can say family type vibes . So much things missed to write.

      Cons

      Salary is less as per market standards. It is not in Metro city. Rating of junior staffs and their increment should be fair.
