Effort is recognized and can lead to further opportunities Management that is accessible and invested in employee success Strong and increasingly so teamwork across departments A culture centered around continuous improvement and better outcomes

Cons

The pace of change can feel fast at times, especially during improvement initiatives. Overtime this settles and becomes a positive norm. Processes continue to evolve, as is the case with any growing organization

Shady company Take money away for no reason Forces you to work when you shouldn't be. They pay you good at first then lower the pay. If you make to much money they threaten to fire you. Cold hearted people
