Pros

WFH - is great. but abused in my opinion by some as tickets are ignored until a few calls from the client. Lots of potential in growth, from positions to company - but this is never/rarely mentioned

Cons

Far too much customers/clinics for support to handle - but the ,managers/brass are aware and hiring, just the pay is a little low and doesn't increase pay - no mentions of raises during "the few min year end reviews" i've had lack of team meetings; a lot of issues are no shared. very few people help our fellow team members not much info about current events unless they are major

None and absolutely none Exposure to crap

Cons

This business is run like a mom and pop shop, they boast of so many technologies, nobody has any clue how the operations are working, promises are full of lies, support is crap and no hope for the person who works here, they use you and throw you out, Please Stay the hell away from this garbage business
