      Pros

      The strength has always been in our staff, but the ability to do good work and make a difference has all but disappeared.

      Cons

      Terrible communication throughout. Poor management. Weak leadership. No collective vision or values. Always want to be bigger not better. No strategic thinking behind decisions. Senior staff are powerless.

      Friendly people Good social side to some teams Interesting clients Office location (and parking)

      No direction or plan Higher management sending mixed messages and no communication Too many people between the top and bottom Some really unhelpful people and in-agency fighting Working in some departments incredibly stressful Annoyed clients due to product issues Changing directions of agency Not stable, fair few redundancies in recent years
