Can't write them all... toxic environment, very old fashion mentality, no career growth or development at all, no training...Management is misleading and corrupt (literally). The company is divided into people who have been working for more than 5 years and 'the rest', and any new hires are laughed at for trying to do the right thing the right way.
They send damaged (or bad quality) products to their clients and laugh about it as if it was a joke, they simply don't care. That's why their pipeline of work is thin and they have cashflow issues... their competitors are doing a lot better.
Most of the old Senior Management (including the CEO) were involved in the US bribery scandal (look it up) and incarcerated, the new CEO (Melbourne based) lasted less than 2 years and a new US based CEO was announced less than a month ago (while 99% of the new senior management team is still in Melbourne).
If you have another offer elsewhere take it, don't be the 'I should have taken the other offer' guy...
