      The restaurant is clean, sanitary,

      The mess of a management team is unstable, uncoordinated and disorganized. No Structure put in place because leadership is incompetent and incoherent. The pay sucks. The management sucks. The communication sucks. I hate it here and can't wait to quit like so many others have. Unhappy employees equal bad service. This place won't last because it does nothing to compete with the current coconut grove market.
