      Pros

      its easy to make friends because everyone can bond about their hatred for management. Bully of CEO was finally fired

      Cons

      HR is incompetent and their only interest is sucking up to management, with 0 interest in the company's employees benefits/wellbeing. Agree with previous reviews that management is only interested protecting their own overinflated salaries.

      You get to meet a few nice people, who are all looking to leave.

      Cons

      Where do I even start... I'm not sure how this place became such a mess. There are no processes, no one knows anything because everyone competent left and there were no handover. The people who have been in the company for a long time are only concerned about politics, and would push you in front of the bus not even to make themselves look good but just for the sake of it. The actual work is very manual and mind numbing. The creative is struggling to stay relevant, and the production is so poor that it's humiliating to put in your portfolio.
