The people! I've never worked alongside such smart and driven professionals. I just wish we all could have been empowered to drive the organization. I had many opportunities at Recyclebank that I will always be grateful for.

Cons

The C Team. Year after year, reorganization after reorganization, they never seemed to learn any lessons on managing people. This was offset by the wonderful colleagues, but the C Team seldom had a clear focus or mission, and that resulted in turmoil and turnover for those beneath their rung.
