Managers Get the Worst Pay

You can learn how things work if you are new to the industry. It might help you decide whether to continue working in the solar industry.

Cons

The upper management is clearly biased about paying people. The managers are undervalued and get terrible pay. It was awful to justify their weird attitude and avoid how I was underpaid. Remember my words if you plan to join and want decent pay. They can't give you that!

I learned to be aggressive at times to survive this job in this company.

Cons

The salary was terribly low but we were expected to perform like we're being paid so much. The supervisors and managers were even awful to us and mistreatment was unbearable.
