Poor pay, poor work/life balance, company lets people go every year

Too many to mention: I have never seen a sales position with no commission!! You sit in a room all day with no windows, you sit in these "pods" on top of one another with tight cramped corners. You are hired as a temp so pay is low, turnover is very very high. You have to drink the Kool Aide to get along, the accounts you call are schools and it is like beating a dead horse..

Management doesn't take enough time to guide employees to get better at their jobs or ensure all staff works hard and stays focused on their jobs. This results in many people off task, on their cellphones, or not given an opportunity to grow in the company based on their strengths.

Boss did not encourage college unless ivy league

there's tons of favoritism from the sales management team, very toxic work environment full of micromanagement and fear and the turnover rate is extremely high due to certain people, the PTO policy isn't great at all either
