Cons
You can't expect to be treated ethically (or even legally) here. People are treated as disposable. You will be pressured to treat others poorly to get ahead - customers, colleagues, partners. There is an undertone of fear, blame and bullying. There are real boundary issues. You're expected to be available 24/7. All hours of the night. Little respect for personal space or anything you care about outside of work. It's awesome to have to opportunity to work at a tech startup in NZ, but this is not a healthy place to work.
