Great coworkers and flexible, remote work environment
Cons
No real clear company vision. They recently laid off over 10% of their staff, so they appear to be going through growing pains. They are not transparent about layoffs and business changes unless pushed.

decent pay and management* not their architect.
Cons
Popr leadership, poorly organized, poor communication. You'll get answers that had no thought behind them. then you'll spend time cleaning up the mess. Then you'll be rated poorly for accomplishments since you didn't your time reworking tickets. Small company- lost a customer so they paid off 1/3 of developers August 2024.
