      Provide a unique and reward based publication to the top real estate professionals in the area Business to Business realtionships on all sides of the platform The ability to run your own schedule and small business WFH business with little need for any overhead Social events utilized to build meaningful connections among affiliates and agents Uncapped income potential Back end support for design and layout procedures from the home office For sales and relationship focused individuals this is a great place to thrive Staying tied into the real estate business without needing to run business on nights and weekends

      Managing and staying disciplined to your own schedule is a must Ramp up period is 3-6 months with no income

      Owning a Real Producers magazine has changed my life!

      Pros

      I own two magazines under the N2 Company. I have owned the Real Producers product for my territory since April 2019 and February 2023 is our 42nd issue. I have owned the BeLocal product for my territory since April of 2021. I absolutely LOVE owning these magazines. They give me a tremendous sense of meaning and accomplishment. The support of the company is exemplary and the culture of my fellow publishers is incredible. I look forward to our national conferences every time!

      Cons

      The most challenging part is that you are your own boss and no one will tell you to get out there and sell ads. But the flexibility, freedom and revenue are UNMATCHED! The right candidate will possess excellent time-management skills, ability to delegate tasks, organization and a strong sense of intrinsic motivation.

      Incredible opportunity for anyone who wants to be their own boss

      Pros

      I watch so many entrepreneurs thrive with the RP business. They have uncapped commissions and become huge players in the market's real estate community. They throw events, tell stories of the top realtors in the market and bring so much value to the industry. I've seen people change their lives with this opportunity. I've never worked for better people or had this kind of company culture in 20+ years in the workforce.

      Cons

      You have to be a self-starter and want to work hard. But that comes with making your own hours, earning as much as you put into the position, etc.
