Pros

The hourly rate for this position is very good. The coaches who oversee training are very nice. The instructional materials for one on one tutoring are succinct, clear, and user friendly.

Cons

The program for this position is relatively new, so there are many kinks to be worked out. The management seems disorganized at times, often with inconsistent communication. I enjoyed working with the students, but I would not want to return to this position because of how the administration is run.
