It is a disorganized mess. Our employee turnover was greater last year than the number of employees on staff at the beginning of the year. Bruce (manager) is both completely incompetent and also was incredibly rude and verbally agressive using threats and bulling to the point where on multiple occasions I had to console coworkers who were literally crying.
The owners are out of touch and because of lack of organization you will be poorly trained, not have expectations laid out clearly for you, then you will be asked to take on more responsibility than you signed up for and made to feel like the success or failure of their business is riding on you sucking it up and stepping up to the plate. This is a fun seasonal job not a sinking ship you're required to keep floating.

If you want to work at a Dude ranch you should, they are an amazing experience. Just don't work here. Lots of them hire off of coolworks so look there or on the dude ranch association website for other options.
also the illegal immigrant thing was true from the other comment but they actually only paid one of them and the other two were told compensation was that they were paying to get them papers which I don't think ever happened so there is that too.
