Pros

Very few, the people that work there do care, it's management that's the issue.

Cons

The C-suite have no idea on the business, the customers and do not listen to the feedback from the teams The teams are all treated differently with a different expectation on the customer facing teams to others No care or consideration given to the people that work there or the customers

Management have no clue what is going on, takes on 0 feedback. Recent layoffs of 35% of company, and only people who have been there a long time are listened to, and there's favouritism. Toxic culture.
