Board made cost decisions and let me go. Even though the company promotes that they're doing well financially.

Very collaborative, flexible and inclusive work culture. Good and well established software delivery practices.

Cons

Not getting any actionable feedback during my probationary period and then being suddenly let go because the board mandated that an engineer needed to be let go.
