Supportive culture with flexibility, but pay lacks recognition

Remote work, very flexible and reasonable with parents, culture is really positive, supportive management

Cons

Pay could be better, CLs do not get much recognition as other positions, hard to advance anywhere else unless it's case management despite whatever experience you have.
