Coworkers were supportive, lots of office celebrations, and room to grow.
Cons
Lack of any structure, organization, or standard operating procedures. No set meetings, lack of respect of everyone’s time, always scrambling till the last minute.
There were a handful of people that were very nice.
Cons
Favoritism is very obvious. There were some employees that were competitive and nasty.
When you’re not used to that type of environment it’s very unpleasant. No one takes the time to teach, upper management was not up front about their business. Promises were made that were not kept.
