The learning curve is steep in a good way; you pick up expertise fast across CVE remediation, FIPS compliance, OCI registries, and more. The culture is collaborative and engineers are respected. Cons
It's a startup, so processes are still maturing and you'll sometimes need to build resources from scratch. If you need heavy structure, it can feel like a lot to manage.
