Pros

It is a job. You too will find it a unique experience. Owner is really good with excel and making pie graphs, histograms, bar graphs, you name it.

Cons

Where to start. Owner couldn't run a lemonade stand.

That's true, it is a job. But it's a great place to work. How many 100% employee-owned companies are there around here? Not many. We offer 401k with matching donation and employee ownership in our stock - just for working here! How many companies offer that?

Ok pay and benefits, but poor management support

Benefits and pay were ok. Some staff were dedicated to their work.

Cons

Communication with management is terrible. No support for production staff. Rush projects were pushed with little prospect of turning into payouts. No raises, reviews, or opportunities for growth within the job.
