Pros
The people you work around excluding leadership are top notch. I've made the best of friends. They know how to pick really nice and caring people.
Cons
My experience with Ramsey was great until it wasn't (and it really wasn't). They won't "fire" you, but they will do everything in their power to convince you to quit or even make up a story that says you did if they really want you gone. The company has seemed to go downhill, now making their own employees sign ridiculous NDAs like freaking The Little Mermaid, sign it and lose your voice, making it impossible to say anything negative about the company or risk their livelihood (you've got to be joking). Maybe it's because they are getting killed in court, which I really didn't pay attention to when I was there. I had high hopes for the company that promotes the Entreleadership culture but in the end it was the exact opposite of the message they profit from. I was bought into the culture, we follow Dave's teaching and I believed in the mission. Instead was met with manipulating tactics as they tried to get me to believe I did something wrong when my manager gave me permissions. There was no reason for them to have treated me like they did and, man, do they know how to emotionally exhaust you if you ever have to talk to the managers at HR. In short, the leadership is manipulative. Anything your manager (or "leader") does (like giving you grace for anything) for you can be thrown in your face in the end. Their ridiculous management sticks together. Don't believe a word they say. They do not care about you, your health, or your families lives - all they care about is how they can take advantage of you and how much money you can make for them. That's it. The employees who work here live in fear for their jobs even when their core value is "Fear Not." Absolute bull.
