Mass-firing talented, hard-working staff with very short notice-perhaps not the best business idea?

Pros

Excellent team, truly talented co-workers. Couldn't fault my manager or my team, either. Everyone on the team was hard-working and gifted.

Cons

There was virtually no stability or job security, most of the staff was fired with an ease of waving a hand in a single day.

Pros

Not much is positive. Free food at times. Employees are nice but management is bipolar.

Cons

No reviews, no raises, low salary. Constant layoffs. Company is imploding. Constant movement of people getting axed and new people coming in then later getting laid off and more new people get hired. They cannot figure out what direction to steer. Are they a call center, an e commerce company or a learning services company? They are not making money doing all 3 at once.

Normal money if you hit the target, nice guys around in the office. Normal job to start as Business Development Executive with good salary.

Cons

Useless projects, calling and bothering clients. Location is awful, Godalming! Do not move there, because you can be released at any time. Management lies all the time, telling you that they don't know the real situation. Do not expect to work here for long.
