      Pros

      Flexibility and Employee freedom. The company also has work from home options. Regular team outings! Colleagues are super friendly and awesome. You not only work on a particular task but also learn several other processes in the business. This helps in gaining multiple experience in field.

      Cons

      The office complex could have a better cafeteria and dining.Yearly once company trips could be entertained.

      As a fresher you can learn a lot from this company. It has 1. Good working atmosphere 2. Friendly colleagues. 3. Learning curve is good.

      Pros

      If you are a beginner, then its right place to learn. They have some big project and a big client. Salary is on time.

      Cons

      If you get that big project then you will be working on a specific module. You won't get a chance to explore more. Master team is working in US. So you will work under them, whatever they say you have to implement. It's a small office which maintaining existing employee and team size does not improve much.
