      Unorganized Management and Unhealthy Work Culture

      I worked as a developer at this company for six months, and my experience was disappointing. HR told me there was a five-day work week, with occasional work on Saturdays if tasks were pending. However, in reality, this was not well-organized. They usually informed us only on Friday evening if Saturday was a working day, making it hard to plan weekends. Despite working on Saturdays, we were not paid extra for it. The official login time was 10:00 AM, but the team leader forced us to log in by 8:30 AM. Logout times were as late as 9:00 PM or 9:30 PM, which meant I was working 12 to 13 hours a day. This left me feeling drained, with no work-life balance. To make it worse, management told us to report only 7 to 8 hours of work in emails, even though we were working much longer hours. It felt unfair and stressful. The management and leadership team didn’t seem to understand what a good work environment or IT culture should be like. If you value your peace of mind and want a balanced work life, I wouldn’t recommend joining this company.

      Good place to work for career growth and friendly environment

      - I joined as a Trainee FullStack developer here and learn new technologies for career growth. Now I’m working as a Technical Project Manager here. I got many promotions, appreciations, trainings, and faced many challenges during my initial days and I got the help always from the team and management. - I would highly recommend to anyone who would like to work in a friendly environment to make a meaningful impact in their career since I have been trained with the proper materials and training plans. - This is the place, all your contribution to the company will be well recognized and rewarded at the same time. - I love the transparent communication between everyone. Got the appreciations and rewards for the achievements and got the honest feedback for my mistakes. It helps me to improve my career.
