Poor. Company is basically just a body shop.

Some of the people are reasonably inspirational.

Cons

Pressure of working in a body shop. No honeymoon period in this company - from day one they will be chasing you for "quick wins" Poor sales infrastructure for example ("use LinkedIn for lead generation") is a direct quote from their 32 page sales ops guidelines. Your own exisitng, personal network which this company insist you upload to SalesForce on day one, is the only way to get leads, putting the sales pipeline on par with Amway. Customer presentations with "powerful pages" means trying to present an A3 size layout on a laptop.

Your basic body shop. Nothing more despite all the marketing hype.

There was nothing good about working there. I felt sorry for those "left behind" when I headed to the escalator.

Cons

Crap management. No training - well given the quality of the people they don't really need it anyway. No career path - you'll be lucky to keep your desk by Friday anyway.
