Upper management is too busy being insulted and hurt by any critisms to actually try to create a truly comfortable relationship with their own employees. The turnover is high because of inconsistent management and the pressure put on the staff to make up for their unwillingness to invest in a professional appearing offices. They hire people who lack the skillset to perform a job that management itself does not understand. Their employees are pitted against each other for sales and allowed to neglect other important aspects of the job.

This company is very narrow minded in how they view and treat people of color. If you’re smart and an achiever and happen to be of color you can expect to get lied on and manipulated against. Managers do not support you but instead gossip about you. Poor communication about what is expected from you as an employee. Not a very stable company at all and will let you go without warning, even after several years of dedicated service. Its sad because the owner does not treat people the way under him do. HR acts like they care but wont really take a stand against unequal treatment.
