It's a big Con company. Owner is psychotic with zero business sense. He is always hiring and firing people coz in India there is shortage of job applicants. Company doesn't provide any benefits written in there offer letter. It's a side fling for founder and he is only interested in getting money out of business without investing in it. There is no bonus, appreciation and adequate appraisal unless you got any offer letter from a different company.

1. They will hire you on a particular salary promising many things. They will never give you that salary. They will keep you on probation as long as they can. They make frivolous deductions in salary. 2. CEO works part time and doesn't give any decision making power to other people. So decision-making is really poor. 3. They commit fraud with their clients showing falsified data. 4. Office Politics is really bad. 5. You won't get any perks promised in Job Description.
