      Pros

      Can and will work on every aspect of a project from concept to production. Project can be anything from anyone. Big or Small.

      Cons

      Pay is sub-pare and benefits are virtually not existent. I use my own individual heath plan since the company wide option is good for people over the age of 50 with a family.
