Pros

Nice location and office, with a lot of natural light.

Cons

They used to have a really great culture; however, not anymore. The environment is very disorganised and unprofessional, with little regard for mental health, and salaries are below industry standards. There is a private cafeteria, but the prices are the same as eating outside, and the food options are very limited. You will find many employees overworked and stressed. Summer and Christmas parties are often announced and then cancelled. Bonuses and salary increases that match inflation are rare, and the company is not open to feedback. Instead of openly communicating downsizing due to administrative issues, they often pressure employees to resign. A few partners make decisions for the entire company; it is not done democratically among the partners. I must say that the less considerate partners seem to be the ones making the decisions.
