- The co-workers - Distribution Centre was better than working at the store level
Cons
- The expectation of on-call without the extra pay - Longevity and sacrificing everything for the sake of the company means nothing as they will lay you off at the drop of a hat - Management - Upper Management - the attitude from management was turning into work harder for less support - the pay is not much and is not worth the amount of workload on an individual - be prepared to wear many hats
