      Some people are nice

      Cons

      Most employees are backstabbers who are only nice to your face. Be very careful! They don’t follow procedures. If after you have passed probation and they want you out, they will just make you’re job redundant and will turn you down for other positions that you have been doing! Avoid like the plague unless you like living on a knives edge!
