Pros

Good brilliant people who care and are passionate. Doing cool things programmatically.

Cons

Lack of work life balance. Very very limited career growth opportunities. Took away unlimited PTO, which was a part of the offer package. Okay with a model of burning out staff

Pros

Used to be a highly respected organization, used to be very supportive and flexible towards employees, quality of the job and leadership attitude towards employee needs has severely degraded

Cons

No opportunity for advancement or promotion. Everyone is expected to work beyond their job title for at least a year before even being considered for promotion, with promotion still being contingent on funding and not merit. Experience is very dependent on your manager, but there are very few competent managers available, and leadership generally lacks people skills and fails to give consideration to the needs of their employees. The new rotational associate program is ineffective and predator, taking advantage of overly qualified employees in entry level, underpaid positions.
