      Pros

      Management is amazing, kind, flexible, approachable, and caring. Co-workers are wonderful as well. Have barely met anyone in person because of Covid (remote work) but there is a conscious effort to create opportunities to connect and I have made several connections both virtual and in person.

      Cons

      Only cons have been Covid related, it's great working from home (flexibility etc.) but the learning curve for the work felt steeper than it has in the past.

      Lots of Turnover - Toxic Workplace

      Pros

      * Great 401k benefit * Mostly remote work, for some roles, if your manager allows * Some work-life balance, depending on the manager

      Cons

      Where to begin... * Their Accounting and payroll is a mess so employees are not being paid accurately and the managers won't fix known errors * Horrible managers with minimal training provided (not their fault but no interest by execs to bring in professional trainers) * Unskilled, unprofessional executives with little interest in learning or growing * No diversity outside of tokenism so lots of racial microaggressions * Authoritative and micromanaging leaders * Lots of turnover due to burnout caused by the toxic environment
